We want your trip to be as smooth and fun as possible, so here are a few simple guidelines to help keep the trailer in great shape for everyone.
Please, no smoking or vaping inside the trailer, and pets are only allowed with prior approval. This trailer isn’t available for festivals or tailgating without checking with us first. We kindly ask that you return it in the same condition you received it — remove trash, wipe down counters, and sweep out any sand or dirt from your adventures.
For safety, please don’t climb on the roof, and only use the trailer on paved or well‑maintained roads. Before returning, black and gray tanks must be emptied. If you’d rather not handle that, no worries — we offer a dumping service for $75, which you can add to your trip.
If anything comes up or gets damaged, just let us know right away. Always lock up the trailer when you’re away, and please be on time for pickup and return, as late returns may incur a fee. Also, make sure your vehicle meets the towing requirements, including the proper hitch, brake controller, and towing capacity.
