Rustelle was easy to work with, offering quick responses and hands-on help, such as hooking up the RV and stabilizer hitch. She was noted for her friendly and concerned approach.
Easy to pull, well-equipped
The camper is in great condition, easy to pull, and well-stocked including solar panels, a generator, and a coffee pot. While generally clean, some noted minor dust/cobwebs and fridge performance issues without constant generator use.

5.0Really friendly, flexible, easy to work with, and no hidden fees charged. Great host. Solar panels and generator were nice to have as well. Also, the host hooked the RV up to our truck himself and also hooked up a stabilizer hitch so it pulled nicely.

4.0Communication was great, quick responses. Pick up and drop off were easy enough. The camper could use a good wipe down though. It was more than camping dust, there were cobwebs, dirty floor, and fronts of micro and fridge. Fridge and freezer needs propped open when not in use. The camper was stocked with all we needed and fit my family well.

5.0Second time renting with Rustelle for a hunting trip. The pick up and drop off has always been easy. The trailer has always been in great condition and will definitely rent from them again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

My Husband will be the one primarily dropping off and picking up the RV. It depends on his work schedule weather he will be able to pick up and deliver. We are dedicated to doing our best to provide the service. $400 delivery fee for up to 50 miles. $2 per mile over 50 miles
