Great size, 25ft to fit into more spots in the park but also roomy inside. Low miles and in great shape. Has the overhead bed, 2 long bunks in the back and the dinette can be converted into 2 single beds or a king bed. Up to 5 separate beds! Could sleep 5-6 comfortably. The living room is also very versatile with multiple configurations. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Has seat belts for 7. Perfect size for taking anywhere.-Tv

-If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100
