Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Nice comfortable memory foam mattress topper. -Renter is responsible for Interior cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dishes, garbage etc. A check list will be provided.
-If cleaning add-on is selected then the renter is only responsible for emptying the fridge, taking out the trash and cleaning any dishes that were used.
-If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100
-No Smoking
