This family fun Springdale is perfect for your southern Utah trips and getaways! We are located less than 15 minutes from Sand Hollow and 35 minutes from the south entrance to Zion National Park.
We love to deliver! Please let us know if you need delivery.
**Please Note - we cannot deliver inside Zions National Park (we can deliver to most other campgrounds including Sand Hollow State Park).Sleeps five; 1 queen/2 twin bunk beds/and a full bed over the dining table. Stocked with paper plates, plastic utensils and cups, and toilet paper. Bedding provided for the queen bed, extra blankets in storage under queen bed. Small microwave, propane stove, heater and water heater. We will keep propane tank stocked. Solar panel and battery that run the slide, lights and USB charging ports. However, a generator (add-on) or shore power is needed for AC and 120 volt outlets. Trailer comes with portable bluetooth speaker.

Hello, we are Carlie and Joey with Out South Rentals. We run a growing rental business out of our home and also love delivering.
We love living in Southern Utah, but have also lived in Northern Utah. Together with our 3 children, we also love to travel - our travel highlight so far has been a family trip to Paris and London in the summer of 2024.
We enjoy renting out our small family camp trailer, and have begun branching out into the car rental market as well.

We had a great trip. Pick up and drop was a breeze. Joey was very well organized and the trailer was clean and ready to roll out when we arrived. I had a few questions while we were renting and Joey was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental. Thanks Joey and Carlie!

The Camper was awesome, perfect for our weekend trip, everything worked great. The host was very responsive with any of my questions that I had during the trip and very easy to work with. Our schedule got a bit thrown around and they worked so wonderfully with it. If you use the generator, they brought an extra tank of gas for us, but I wish we had brought our own as well. We had to go fill up the tanks every day in order to have AC thru the night and thru the day, even though we we turned everything off if we were gone longer than 30min. Over all, it was a perfect little camper for a small family outing.

Q.Do you deliver inside Zions National Park?
A.
We do not currently offer delivery inside National parks due to the high cost of commercial use permits at the parks. You can pick it up and drive it in yourself, or reach out if you have specific questions! We are happy to deliver to any campground that is located outside of the park in Springdale, Virgin etc.
Q.What size hitch and ball are required to tow the trailer?
A.
The ball size is 2 - 5/16. We have a hitch and ball available for you to use that also has sway bars. We recommend using this for the best and safest towing experience.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are happy to work with you on pick up and drop off times or delivery, just let us know! Our goal is to help make sure you are comfortable using the RV, are able to tow it safely, and have a great time!
