The trailer is all ready to go out for the weekend with everything you will need except you and the food. We would like if you clean up after you are done.We recommend going camping in Sand Hallow, Quail Creek, these places have full hookups so you never have to worry about water water and power. Ronnie was a great host. He explained all about the trailer and was responsive to any concerns. The trailer is very cute and well laid out for a family of 4. A small note, the Frig works on battery, not propane, so it is a great RV for a campground with hook ups.

The RV travel trailer was exactly as advertized. Ronnie was extremely responsive and the trailer was well equipped with comfortable bedding and was spotlessly clean. The pickup and drop off was very convinient. Nice wide areas to move the trailer around. The trailer rides well with my F150 - dry weight at 6900 lbs. The kitchen and bathrooms were adequalty sized and the bunkhouse in the back if perfect for kids. We had 3 kids and the 5 yerar old and 2 year old were able to share the lower bunk comfortably.
