Welcome to our Home Away from Home! We hope you love it as much as we do!We invite you to come and stay in our, 2022 Forest River Grey Wolf 23DBH. This was purchased to host our own family of 5 adventures. Our comfortable trailer has a private bedroom with a queen bed. There are a set of double sized bunk beds in the rear (each comfortably sleeping 1 tall and 1 short person) and the U shaped table folds into a bed as well and is in a tip out. The kitchen has a large sink, 3 burner stove, oven & fridge/freezer. We have the kitchen stocked with all the necessary equipment you’ll need(plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, knives, Keurig, toaster, etc). The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and first aid kit. Our trailer also has a furnace, indoor fireplace and air conditioning to keep things comfortable. It also has an outdoor “bar” with small bar fridge, hot & cold running water & ice maker as well as an outdoor shower. We will provide camping chairs & a ground mat. We will provide RV safe toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, & rope/clothes pegs for a clothes line. You will just need your food, beverages, clothes & toiletries!Our trailer is available for delivery only, to make your holiday hassle free. We are located in Muskoka and have many campgrounds nearby including Arrowhead, Mikisew & Algonquin PP. We regret that at this time we are unable to welcome pets (even our own). No smoking permitted inside. We have a three night minimum.This is a great introduction to folks who are new to camping or looking for a relaxing stress free vacation.For our trailer to be fully functional, you will need a site with 30 amp service.Our family has been enjoying trailer camping for many years and we are very excited to have this comfortable trailer to share with you. Our camp chairs & outdoor mat are included. And now includes our camping BBQ!RaccomandazioniThere are many campgrounds near by including Arrowhead, Mikisew, Algonquin Provinical Parks and many private camp grounds. Santa's Village campground is half hour away (or makes a great day trip with the kids!) The town of Huntsville has many lovely restaurants & grocery stores for all of your supplies.Altre cose di cui prendere notaDelivery includes set up & is mandatory. No need to worry about towing. Pls no pets & no smoking/vaping.
Minimum 3 night rental.
Delivery drop off will be after 5pm. Pick up to be at least 1hr prior to campground/park/ property check out.
Disposal fee is for use at a site/campground/park that does not have a sanitation station.
Phone calls are free during rental and are encouraged if problems/concerns arise. Problems due to renter requiring an extra trip to campsite will be charged a service fee.

Excellent stay! We had a great time with this trailer. Our family of four(with two kids under two!); the layout still worked perfectly for our family, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and worked without a single issue. The owners were awesome to deal with, super reliable, honest, and easy to communicate with. Delivery and setup were spot on. The site was a really tight squeeze, but Adrian handled it like total pros and got it placed perfectly. We had zero complaints and are already trying to lock in our dates with them for next summer. Highly recommend!

What a great rental!! Madison and Adrian were great hosts. Very quick to answer and so kind. The trailer had everything we needed to make for a wonderful week. Adrian set it up quickly and showed us everything we needed to know. Pick up was a breeze. We will undoubtedly rent this trailer again and again whenever we can!

Madison and Adrian are wonderful hosts. We rented the RV for a family of 5 and it was quite comfortable. It was clean and decently equipped and we had to carry a lot less stuff from home. We added the linen service and it was clean and adequate for us. We had an issue with the water pump that unfortunately could not be fixed due to the Canada Day holiday but Adrian was always reachable and responded quickly.

We were very lucky that this trailer was available for us! It was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed for our camping trip, and the owners were excellent to communicate with. I would definitely recommend renting from these owners.

Hello! We are a family that loves a good adventure! Proof of this is we have three kids! We love taking our trailer to family reunions, bbqs & get togethers with friends but also love camping with just our little family. We are so excited to introduce our youngest to camping this season and spend some time as a family of 5 in our new trailer. This is our third trailer we've owned together and finally we have found the perfect balance of size & space to tow. We are dreaming of a long road trip to take the kids to see dinosaurs in Alberta & some great hiking in the Rockies. We usually camp closer to home because we have so many beautiful camp grounds near by. Some of our favourites are Algonquin, Mikisew, Roustoule & of course Arrowhead but we do love staying at private parks with different amenities as well. We own a small hobby farm that currently has chickens & quails. Between the kids, animals & our day to day jobs, life is very full here at the Little Barn Homestead :) We hope you get to make some great memories like we always strive to!
