If you do bring a pet please clean up after them. failure to do so will result in a deduction from you deposit for an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Please return trailer in the same condition as you took. please pick up after yourselves, keep the bathroom clean and be mindful of single ply toilet paper only in the toilet and clean out the refrigerator. Before return of the RV please dump the black and gray holding tanks, refill propane and gas tanks, empty trash and remove food from the refrigerator.
THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS NOT COMPLETED.FESTIVALS: ADDITIONAL $500 FEE TO COVER ADDITIONAL WEAR AND TEAR AND DUSTY CLEAN UPRV is expected back by noon, later return time can be discussed. If RV comes back later then 5pm a $200 late fee will be applied.
