Overall the RV was nice and Mark was generally easy to work with. However, there were problems with the RV batteries that required three trips to Napa, including the RV batteries dying after being parked for only 2 hours at dinner. Also, the radio didn't work, so you had to stream, which isn't the worst thing, but notable. The vehicle was fairly priced on short notice and when problems arose, Mark was there to do his best remotely. However, I wish the problems had not presented.
