* Site must be level and accessible for safe delivery and pickup.Preparation Fee & Guest ExpectationsOur $100 preparation fee covers preparing the camper for your arrival, including laundering linens, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and completing a standard turnover between guests.We ask that guests:* Wash and put away all dishes, cookware, utensils, roasting sticks, and cooking equipment used during their stay.
* Remove all trash and personal belongings.
* Wipe up spills and leave the camper in reasonably clean condition.
* Respect our strict no-pets policy.
* Treat the camper with the same care and respect you would your own.Cleaning supplies are provided.
