We are booking fast for summer so I recommend locking in your dates sooner than later.This is a brand-new camper and sleeps 5.There are no surprise fees. This is our fee list:-$119 per night-$60.00 one-time cleaning fee and restock fee. This covers any restocking we have to do including propane.Here is a full description:This brand new, clean and cozy travel trailer is the perfect size for families and couples seeking a fun-filled getaway. At just 21 feet long and weighing only 3,600 pounds, it's easy to tow and maneuver. The Keystone Hideout 175BH features a queen bed and bunk beds, sleeping up to 5 people comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and there's plenty of storage space for all your camping essentials. The dinette can be converted into a bed for additional sleeping space.There is not a generator, but we do have a solar panel that will keep the batteries charged. You can run everything off the batteries except the outlets. Lights and appliances will work so you can boondock!Renting this camper is a fantastic idea for anyone looking to explore the great outdoors in comfort and style. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time camping up north! Tim was great to work with! We had flexible pick up & drop off times which was so nice. The RV was clean and ready to go! We would definitely recommend!

Very nice camper and Tim was great! He was always quick to respond and had excellent communication with him which made this first time rental experience so easy. He even gave us a great recommendation to a campground that was beautiful. We would definitely rent this camper again. It was perfect for two of us.
