Responses sometimes took days, and key instructions (water pump, switches) were not given. Communication was inconsistent, good early but poor later; however, pickup/drop-off was easy.

Vehicle had a thin bed, roaches, and was dirty at pickup. Issues included expired license tags and a cracked bathroom faucet. Conversely, it was noted as spacious for two people.

4.0Communication was great before booking and during the first part of the trip, she communicated. Last part of the trip, there was no communication. Trailer was dirty when I picked it up, license plate has expired tags. Faucet in the restroom was cracked when I picked it up. Overall okay with rental for what I needed it for.
