Refill included in Preparation Fee.Refund Policy:
ALL Refunds have a $50 Processing Fee
30+ days before rental start date -- 100% Refund - $50
15-29 days before rental start date -- 50% Refund - $50
0-14 days before rental start date -- 0% RefundWe operate like a hotel. Pickup Time is 2:00 pm. Return Time is 10:00 am. This allows us time to get the camper ready for the next customer if it is going back out the same day. If the camper is available earlier than 2:00, we are happy to move you to an earlier pickup time at no charge. If you are renting over a weekend during off-peak times, you have until 4:00pm to return the camper. If you can not return the camper by 10:00 am, you will need to add an additional day to your trip.Pick Up Time Mon - Sat 2:00 pm. (Earlier times available based on availability.)
Return Time Mon - Sat 10:00 am, Sun 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.ANY rental not returned by 12:00 Noon will incur an Additional Night of Rental Fees. Sorry, no Service Technicians on duty on Sunday, so no Sunday Pickups.Renter must be at least 25 years of age, and provide a valid drivers license and insurance ID.Awning use is not guaranteed. During the time that our camper is in your care, please NO smoking, NO climbing on the roof, NO driving outside of the US, and obey all traffic laws. All campers require the use of RV/Septic Safe Toilet Paper to avoid clogging the Black Tank, which will result in additional fees for the renter.
