Great compact trailer that served as a home base for our family across 2700 miles into the Smokies. easy to pull and incredibly stable. no issues at all. the host was fantastically accommodating, very friendly, and always willing to answer question. thank you!!

Communication with the host was, ok at best. Drop off times and pickup times were relayed with ample time, but they were unable to accommodate . The unit had to be left outside the gate for the night, because the host was late delivering it. I had to get someone to finish the job. Once the unit was hooked up, I had to spend an hour finding an electrical problem. The unit was not clean. Sticky film on microwave, stove and counter tops. The unit was not represented properly in the pictures. Water damage throughout the unit. Just not pleasant. When I booked, I paid in full, placed my deposit and yet there were more charges added that I did not agree to. Basically I don't recommend renting from this host, ever!

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, and personal belongings. Upon check-out, a thorough inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of the RV. If any damage is found, guests will be notified within 48 hours with a detailed damage report. Guests agree to cover repair or replacement costs up to a maximum liability of $10,000. All damage charges will be communicated clearly and transparently. Payment for damages must be made within 7 days of receiving the damage report. We encourage all guests to treat the RV with care and respect, as if it were their own home. Reporting any accidental damage promptly helps us maintain a smooth and fair resolution process. • GPS Safety Tracking Disclosure: For safety, insurance, and maintenance purposes, this RV is equipped with a GPS safety tracker that monitors speed, mileage, harsh braking, and general location. This helps ensure safe operation, verify mileage, and protect the vehicle. This device does not record audio or video. By booking and staying in our RV, guests acknowledge and consent to this standard safety monitoring. • Agreement Acceptance: By booking and operating this RV, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and responsibilities. Yes! I provide a full RV manual along with helpful walkthrough videos for you to review before your trip so operating the RV is simple and stress-free. I highly recommend communicating with me ahead of time so I can answer any questions and help you feel comfortable with setup, towing, hookups, slide-outs, tanks, and other RV features. My goal is to help make your RV experience smooth, easy, and amazing from start to finish.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

I provide step-by-step instructions, a full RV manual, and helpful setup videos before your trip to make campground hookups simple and stress-free. The RV is designed for easy setup with standard campground connections for electric, water, and sewer. I’m also happy to walk you through the process ahead of time and answer any questions you may have. Please communicate with me in advance so I can help make your camping experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable.

What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?

A.

For the 2021 Braxton Creek Bushwhacker Plus (GVWR ~3,300 lbs), you can tow it with most SUVs, crossovers, or any pickup (Tacoma, Ranger, F-150, etc.). Use a Class II/III hitch with a 2” ball. Weight distribution hitch is optional. Electric brake controller is required. Tongue weight is ~250–320 lbs, so ensure your vehicle’s payload is sufficient. Very lightweight and easy to tow.
