RV Rental Rules & Guidelines Please read and respect the following rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties: No Pets Allowed Absolutely no dogs or other pets are permitted inside the RV at any time. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may forfeit your deposit. No Smoking Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Return Clean RV must be returned in the same clean condition it was received. This includes: Trash removed Dishes washed Floors swept Bathroom wiped down A cleaning fee may apply if not returned clean. Waste Tanks Must Be Emptied Black and grey water tanks must be emptied before return. A $100 dumping fee will be charged if tanks are not emptied. No Climbing on the Roof For safety and liability reasons, do not climb on the roof under any circumstances. No Festivals or Tailgating Without Permission Use of RV for festivals, large events, or tailgating must be approved in advance. Driving & Towing Rules Only approved drivers may tow or move the RV. No off-roading or unpaved road access. Damage & Inventory Check Any damage must be reported immediately. All items (remotes, cables, kitchen items, etc.) must be returned or replacement fees may apply. Generator Use (if applicable) Limited generator use is included. Overages will be billed at $X/hour (you can fill in your rate). Reservation & Deposit Policy Full payment and deposit are required to confirm reservation. Deposits are refundable if no damage or rule violations occur.
