This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, and personal belongings. Upon check-out, a thorough inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of the RV. If any damage is found, guests will be notified within 48 hours with a detailed damage report.
Guests agree to cover repair or replacement costs up to a maximum liability of $10,000. All damage charges will be communicated clearly and transparently. Payment for damages must be made within 7 days of receiving the damage report.
We encourage all guests to treat the RV with care and respect, as if it were their own home. Reporting any accidental damage promptly helps us maintain a smooth and fair resolution process.
