This well maintained trailer is large enough for two adults to share without bumping into each other, but small enough at 4800 pounds it can be pulled by pert near any modern pickup.We've made a few nice upgrades such as a bedroom TV with dvd, living room TV, DVD linked to the stereo, home style shower head, dimmable awning light, and weight distribution hitch. The bathroom vanity has a granite counter with large undermount sink. Plenty of kitchen counter space for cooking.The bedroom is separate from the living space so the adults have some measure of privacy. We have a regular, home type queen mattress not the typical thin foam from the factory. The living room has a leather tri-fold sofa which can sleep 2 more adults. The dinette converts to a bed but we've never done it. The awning is huge! We can fit 10 seated adults with ease. We're empty nesters who treated ourselves to the nicer comforts of camping with this travel trailer.There is a Honda 3000 generator available when boondocking for an additional charge.It comes stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. You add linens, clothes, food, family, and fun.For the engineers; we have an additional on demand (hot) water heater for endless, scalding hot showers.Drop off. set up, and return by us, for you can be arranged.Eligible Drivers: Renter must be 25 years of age or older, must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a major credit card, and personal auto insurance coverage that must extend to the RV Rental. At the time of reservation, Renter must provide the correct and proper personal identification, personal information and personal Auto Insurance Information. All information will be verified. WE Reserve THE Right TO Refuse ANY Applicant OR Reservation FOR ANY Reason, AT ANY Time. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of Smoking (smell or debris, including vapor smell) is not allowed and determined at the sole discretion of Owners and will forfeiture your Security Deposit. Towing: The tow vehicle will need to have a standard 2” square hitch receiver. With all of our Travel Trailer Rentals, we provide the complete hitch package with the 2 5/16” ball, ball mount. The tow vehicle Must BE Equipped (prior to your pick-up dates) with a Round 7-way Round-Pin Bargman vehicle end wiring connector and an Electric Brake Controller. (Electric brake controllers are available at most Auto Parts stores, Walmart, Camping World, Amazon or U-Haul stores.) A Brake Controller IS Mandatory FOR ALL Travel Trailer Rentals and must be installed in the tow vehicle Prior to your pick-up date. This will be inspected on pick-up date, and we cannot allow any travel trailer to leave without having a break controller installed and properly working in the tow vehicle. The tow vehicle must have Full converage Insurance coverage that extends from the back of the truck to the end of the trailer (this info. is verified at time of reservation). At departure, a copy of the Tow Vehicle’s Insurance card will be made. The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver. While being towed, the travel trailer may not be occupied by passengers. The Electrical power source needs to be plugged into a minimum of 30 amps - 110/125 Volt AC, 60 HZ (via electrical inlet or generator). 30 amp Electric is needed to run the following items: Air Conditioner, Microwave, Interior wall outlets and to charge the 12 Volt house battery, as needed. We do offer a portable Generator Rental for our travel trailer rental, if needed for $200 fee. The travel trailer will come with toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, wheel chocks and level blocks, surge protector, main power cord all included with rental of travel trailer. Pickup/Dropoff are negotiable. Please allow at least 1 hour to pick up or drop off trailer for a walk through.

To keep this RV in excellent condition there is no smoking permitted. Pets are negotiable, as are children. There should be no reason to get on the roof, but if needed please keep the weight under 150 pounds. We have a portable generator available which can power the entire trailer, including the air conditioning for an extra flat rate (unlimited use while you rent)

We found the perfect trailer for us - large enough for two people to share without getting in each other's way, but small enough to be towed everywhere as many campgrounds limit on length. We've been on a number of months-long road trips and the trailer performed very well. As remodeling contractors we take excellent care of the trailer, and have made a number of upgrades which makes the RV more user friendly.
