Beautiful 4 season Open Range. Lived in full-time for 5 months.RV has an outdoor kitchen with griddle and fridge; large refrigerator and full sized oven inside. Master bedroom with upgraded king size bed (bought one month ago). Bunkhouse can sleep up to 4Features:

Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and griddle
Bunkhouse with 4 beds/table booth And bathroomCosa è inclusoBasic kitchen utensils and cookware, coffee pot, basic bar utensils, camping chairs, griddle tools, dog pen (upon request), household cleaning supplies. RaccomandazioniWe lived in this rig in Northern Nevada. When moving to Arkansas, we toured the west and southwest. This is a great rig for larger families or small groups. No smoking: Smoking and vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits entire security deposit! If you lose your deposit due to damage to the unit, you will be charged an additional $1,000 for smoking. We are VERY serious about this. DO NOT smoke in the RV.3. Pets: Pets are welcome, but an extra cleaning fee applies. Our current pet cleaning fee is only $50 for the entire rental period. 2 pet maximum.
4. No refunds for early returns: if you return early we will not refund the days you do not use.5. Fee for Late Returns: if you are late returning the unit there is a $40/hour late fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of any cancelled rentals and compensation given to customer who was delayed due to your late return.6. The master bed is a king and the other four beds are twin/full. There are pillows, but you will need to bring other bedding.
