Beautiful 4 season Open Range. Lived in full-time for 5 months.RV has an outdoor kitchen with griddle and fridge; large refrigerator and full sized oven inside. Master bedroom with upgraded king size bed (bought one month ago). Bunkhouse can sleep up to 4Features:

RaccomandazioniWe lived in this rig in Northern Nevada. When moving to Arkansas, we toured the west and southwest. This is a great rig for larger families or small groups. No smoking: Smoking and vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits entire security deposit! If you lose your deposit due to damage to the unit, you will be charged an additional $1,000 for smoking. We are VERY serious about this. DO NOT smoke in the RV.3. Pets: Pets are welcome, but an extra cleaning fee applies. Our current pet cleaning fee is only $50 for the entire rental period. 2 pet maximum.
4. No refunds for early returns: if you return early we will not refund the days you do not use.5. Fee for Late Returns: if you are late returning the unit there is a $40/hour late fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of any cancelled rentals and compensation given to customer who was delayed due to your late return.6. Brett was WONDERFUL, he drove the rv to the location, and got us all set up — hassle free. We had let Brett knew that the reason for the trip was my mother wanted to when she retired so he stuck around and showed us around the RV and all of its features, and how they worked to see if she would want one later! Above and beyond 10/5 stars. Thanks a bunch Brett!

Yes, we cancelled the booking, but it was within 24 hours of the booking being made. It was a very short notice booking and as we tried to communicate about location and expectations, I became worried about the RV being taken care of by the renter.

Hands down one of our best family trips. The extra details from Brett were above and beyond. My kids were so thankful for cold popsicles while we unloaded! Every single detail was perfect. We could not have asked for more and we will for sure be renting from Brett again!
