To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone, renters agree to follow these guidelines while operating and using the camper: • Drive Safely: Obey all traffic laws and speed limits. Allow extra stopping distance and be mindful of the camper’s height, width, and length. • Authorized Drivers Only: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the camper. • No Off-Road Use: The camper must remain on paved or well-maintained roads unless otherwise approved. • Know Your Clearances: Renters are responsible for avoiding low bridges, tight turns, and restricted areas that could damage the camper. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking of any kind inside the camper is strictly prohibited. • Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed if pre-approved. Additional cleaning fees may apply. • Campground Compliance: Follow all campground rules, including quiet hours, parking guidelines, and waste disposal regulations. • Waste Tanks: Do not overfill tanks. Use only RV-safe toilet paper and approved chemicals. • Fuel & Propane: Return the camper with agreed-upon fuel and propane levels. • Clean Return: The camper should be returned in reasonably clean condition to avoid additional fees. • Report Issues Promptly: Any damage, malfunctions, or accidents must be reported immediately. • No Towing (unless approved): Do not tow other vehicles or trailers unless explicitly permitted. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the rental agreement.
