The Forester 2351LE provides all the amentities of home in a stylish Class C motorhome. There is a queen-size cab-over bunk that can be utilized as extra sleeping space (or storage) plus a rear queen bedroom. The U-dinette provides additional sleeping space after dining, playing games and relaxing. The kitchen offers a 10.7 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator, a convection microwave, a recessed three-burner range, cordless 12V charging plate. MINIMUM STAY POLICY
A minimum stay of 2 nights stay is required
Dog Policy
Subject to an additional fee of $50. Each reservation allows for a maximum of one dog, with a weight limit of 75 lbs.
No climbing on the roof.
NO SMOKING,
LOST KEYS Fee is $20.00.
DUMPING FEE - $150.00 unless you empty holding tanks yourself.
CLEANING FEE MIN $150 if RV is not cleaned upon return.
CLEAN THE RV BEFORE YOU RETURN IT
Wash any dishes and put them away
Sweep/vacuum/mop the floors
Wipe down all countertops and tables
Wipe down bathroom surfaces (shower, toilet, sink, mirror, etc.)
Empty the fridge and wipe it down.
EARLY AND LATE PICK-UP
We are flexible on both at an agreed time. If a late return results in the disruption of another rental or if Outdoorsy needs to find the owner of the RV alternative transportation due to the late return, the renter will pay the full daily rate for every eight (8) hours the RV is late. These charges will be added to the initial rental rate agreed upon by the owner and renter.
NO SHOW FEES
If the Renter is a no-show it will be treated as a Renter cancellation, and the Owner’s Cancellation Policy will go into effect. Any refunds given will solely be at the discretion of the RV owner.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be held on the renter's credit card to cover any incidental damage or lost items. The credit card hold will be released 7 days after a rental has returned if no action is taken (the claim being held, released, or claimed). In the case a claim is filed by the owner, the security deposit will be held until the claim is resolved.
RV DAMAGE/LOST ITEM FEES
In the case of any damage to fiberglass, cushions, cabinetry, electronics, etc., or any item not covered by the Outdoorsy Insurance Policies The renter is fully responsible, and will be charged the actual cost of parts plus any hourly labor costs needed to repair the damaged item. This was our first time RVing and the experience was great. Communication was prompt and the flexibility of pick up and drop off was extremely helpful with our schedule.
The RV is in a great shape and very simple to operate which makes it a great choice for newbies.

This was our family’s first RV rental so we had a LOT to learn. Sergio was super patient and thorough with my husband explaining it all. Their class C vehicle is pristine, very well equipped and in great condition. Our kids had a blast in the upstairs loft and the beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator worked great- the shower was excellent.
Our only bummer is there was a mechanical failure that interrupted our trip. So dealing with that on July 4th/ having to interact with the app/ and local mechanics really was a big bummer for our family vacation. I wish the app/service had been more accommodating and generous given the huge inconvenience it caused our family.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric: Match RV amp (30 or 50) to the pedestal, turn breakers off, connect surge protector, plug in, then turn breakers on. Water: Connect a potable water hose with a pressure regulator to the spigot and the RV's City Water Connection, slowly turn on the water and set the RV to City Water (disable the pump). Sewer: Attach the hose to the RV & inlet (downward slope crucial), open gray, then black valve, and rinse the hose before disconnecting. Keep the black tank valve closed until dumping.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We offer more flexibility with pick-up and drop-off times if you communicate your needs in advance.
Q.Are you Dog Dog Friendly?
A.
We allow for a maximum of one dog with an individual weight limit of 75lbs, subject to an additional fee of $50.
