Believe the horrible reviews because they are 100% the truth. This may look like a “nice” RV but the owners are horrible and it is a HUGE safety issue. We paid for services we never received, the owners were horrible with communicating pick up and drop off, and they refuse to address the issues we brought up with them before the trip. They are now trying to claim we damaged their vehicle when we have proof that the damage was already there. Here is the long list of items that were not working before we picked up the RV: Stereo sound Stereo loose Left driver mirror loose Right diver mirror not working Water heater heater not working Kitchen exhaust fan Canopy was broken (photoed) Linen not paid for when we did Awning paid for and we didn’t get it Fuel not filled when promised in listing Right driver turn camera not working Alignment for driving completely off Damage on driver side that was documented before pick up but they are now claiming we did Also, when we booked through their company they changed the RV twice claiming it was booked by someone else but outdoorsy let me book it so it was available. Every time they would offer me an “available” RV it was more expensive than the last. They only care about money, but I guarantee none of their RVs are safe to drive. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL ALSO IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED. We have to go through outdoorsy now because this company is completely unprofessional and have zero customer service. The pick up location was also extremely sketchy and the owners were confused and disheveled.

Where to begin, the alignment was off, driving this RV was a mission for sure. The generator that powered everything didn’t work, which I had to hire a mobile RV mechanic to replace the carburetor that cost $2,000. The A/C didn’t work, didn’t tell us before we took off. Once we needed it and called a bunch of times, they said oh yea it doesn’t work. Getting a hold of the host is impossible, and which they are claiming damage that we never did. I would not recommend at all. Please beware and test drive if you do, they don’t maintain anything.
