This large RV feels like home on the road. It comfortably fits a large group as it has a king bed in the master bedroom and has a bunkroom with 2 loft beds, a bunk, and a pull out couch plus 2 recliners in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are located in the master suite closet. There's lots of storage space in the bedrooms, kitchen and "basement". This bad baby has comfortably traveled cross country with a family of 5 for nearly a year during the pandemic, including for remote learning and remote working. Fully loaded with laundry, fridge, stove, microwave with convection oven function, indoor/ outdoor radio, tvs, and much more! There's even an outdoor kitchen with a sink and lots of cabinet space for grilling or electric cooking. There's also an outdoor shower which makes cleaning up outside a breeze. Note that we will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However given that items can fail or may return from another reservation damaged, we make no guarantee of their availability, especially during busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something material (ie, we believe there is a chance it may impact the usability of the RV) may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery. Please note that it is normal for the unit to have debris, dirt and small wood chips after moving the RV and moving the slide outs. Additionally, while RVs are usually viewed as a home away from home, please note that these units on average tend to retain dirt more than traditional homes, including as a result of workers and renters walking in and out of the RV with shoes and renters choosing whether they want free or paid cleaning options.After booking, you will be required to complete the pre-rental forms here: [URL removed] and will receive an email to complete the pre-check in. These are required to rent the RV and provides us with information about you, your rental and how you would like the RV prepped for your reservation.This unit is subject to a supplemental rental agreement viewable atRV comes empty (except fuel and propane) by default. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can be flexible with timing if this is communicated in advance. I will try my best to make full accommodations. Given my work schedule, it is easiest for me to drop off first thing in the morning or later in the evening.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Standard hookup items will be provided for use free of charge and will only incur a charge if damaged or missing upon return. A 50 amp cord will be provided with a surge protector. A water hose and water filter will be provided plus a limited selection of adapters if needed. Sewer hoses, connectors, supports and tools will be provided. Training will be provided at the time the booking starts. Paid setup and takedown is available in the add ons.

What information is helpful to know when booking an RV site, parking or towing?
A.
The RV is nearly 43 feet long and has 4 slide outs. A site or parking space should accommodate a big rig of this size. When towing, it is important to avoid bridges/low overpasses under 14 feet as the standard height of the RV is approximately 13 feet 6 inches.
