quick to set up for the evening, and pack up in the morning so your ready to head out on your next stop.Please wash off sand with outdoor hose before entering.
Van will come filled with gas, propane and water.
Guests must return it with a full tank of gas and propane.
It is guests responsibility to dump gray and black water or there is an extra $100 fee.

Please provide precise pick up time a day or two in advance so we can arrange our work schedule accordingly. We are happy to accommodate earlier than 10 am pickup time when possible.
Please drop off by 3pm so we have time to get it ready for the next guests.
