Great for a family of six with plenty of storage compartments. Queen size bed in a closed off room, sofa bed is 70” long and dinette table bed is 48” long. Pet friendly. The outside shower comes with hot and cold water. TV has a local signal finder, radio has a DVD player and also outdoor speakers. Let’s not forget the large fridge that cools rapidly and there’s a decorative multi colored fireplace that has an additional heat source mode. The air conditioning unit cools quickly and efficiently. We have included most everything you may need like 2 types of coffee makers (Keurig type coffee maker included), toaster, can opener, all kinds of cooking utensils, pots, pans (we have included an electric skillet and/or a cast iron skillet if requested), silverware, plastic utensils, cups, mugs, plates, plastic cups, special RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies and vacuum, paper towels, a box of tissues, dish towels, pot holders and a case of water. LP gas is also included for the stove/oven. You will need to bring your own pillows, bathroom towels and toiletries. Shows, State/County Fairs and Festivals are welcome. We’re sure you will enjoy your vacation time in this travel trailer as much as we have!

5.0The camper was clean and very well appointed! Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kiddos) were very comfortable. Was easily able to fit a Pack n Play for our littlest one. Host was friendly, accommodating and great communication. We had a great stay!

• We have included most everything our renters may need to include 2 types of coffee makers (Keurig type coffee maker included), toaster, can opener, all kinds of cooking utensils, pots, pans, electric skillet, silverware, plastic utensils, cups, mugs, plates, plastic cups, special RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies, vacuum, paper towels, a box of tissues, dish towels, pot holders, firewood (upon request) and a case of water.
• LP gas is also included for stove.
• Bedding cleaning fee is $7 each up to 3 sets if needed. Please bring your own pillows, bathroom towels and toiletries.
• We have available an outdoor high top table, 2 tall lawn chairs, an out door rug as well as a runner for $25 rental if requested. Four regular size lawn chairs available for $5 each if requested.
• The renter on file will need to be present to walk the trailer and sign off on required paperwork. Notify owner as to the number of people staying in the camper and if there are any pets.Sanitizing is provided before the delivery of each rental. Please leave the RV Trailer as clean as it was when it was delivered to you in order to avoid an additional $60 cleaning fee at the end of your booking. Renter is responsible for any damage incurred by pet or otherwise. This includes awning damage from adverse weather conditions.Awning must be retracted when not at the trailer, at night and inclement weather of any kind.
• Notify owner if the fresh water tank (38 gals) will be needed. The waste tanks (3) should be empty to avoid sensor damage in travel. If used at any level and no dump station is available, a charge of $65 will be applied to travel to a prearranged camp site that charges for the use of their dump station.
• Notify owner at least 2 hours prior to change meet time. After 30 minutes and no notification, A $45 fee will be due. Each additional hour is $60
