Supportive, yet unpredictable
Chad (and Rebecca) are highly praised, offering reimbursement for battery issues and taking feedback on supplies. However, one booking was canceled by the host one day before departure.

Guests consistently praise its cleanliness, comfortable bed, and being fully stocked with amenities like plates, silverware, an outdoor mat, and chairs. One guest experienced dying batteries.

5.0We had a wonderful time with Chad's camper and will more than likely rent this unit or his other again (maybe even both). It was stocked with everything you would need (except a coffee cup); there was plates, silverware, a very large outdoor mat, chairs etc. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the batteries dying, but we were able to get a charger and Chad offered to reimburse us for it. Despite the battery issue (it happens) we still give Chad 5 stars!!! We had too much fun and I completely forgot to take pictures.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We do our best to coordinate directly with you. If we're delivering, we try to have the RV setup prior to your arrival so we can do a walkthru of the camper with you and answer any questions you may have. If you are picking up the camper, we will work to find a time that works best for both of us.

Is the process of renting difficult?
A.
No! We are available to answer any questions you may have, no matter how detailed you may think it us. We want you to feel comfortable renting with us, and are always available to provide you with any information you may want. We are also available to answer any questions during your rental.

What's included with the rental?
A.
We're not here to nickel and dime you. Included in your rental price is linens and pillows for each bed and person, towels for each guest, at least one roll of paper towels, paper plates, plasticware, camper safe toilet paper, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items we keep in the camper. We also have, based on availability, camper chairs, a popup tent, coolers, and a tabletop griddle. If you have a specific question on if the camper has something, just ask us and we'll let you know!

Is there any reason you would decline a rental?
A.
The top reason we'll decline a rental is because it's outside of our delivery range. However, depending on where you're going we may be able to refer you to someone else. We may also decline a rental for some mudbogging locations, due to the overly excessively cleaning that would need to happen, and for security reasons.
