2018 Forest River FR3 30DS Class A motorhome. Sleeps 8 (6 adults and 2 small children) with a king size bed in the back, a pull out sofa sleeper and bunk above drivers cab. Automatic levers and double slide outs for lots of room. We have 3 TV's, 2 inside and 1 out, plus a DVD player, 18 cu. ft. electric or gas refrigerator, back up camera, 2 roof air conditioners, large 30" x 36" shower, 2 closets in bedroom for hanging clothes. Includes linens, dishes, cookware, lawn chairs, fire tongs, cooking grill, and more.IPass transponder furnished in RV, renter is responsible for all toll charges.Pick up and drop off times are flexible if it is arranged ahead of time.Mileage - 100 miles per night included with rental for free. Excess mileage is $.35 per mile.
Generator - 4 hour per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage is $3.00/hour.

We are Jim, Mike and JoAnn. Schmidt RV Rental is happy to announce that we have moved into the building that also occupies Apple Valley Camping in Appleton, WI. We operate from April through October. We currently have 19 RV's that come stock with lines, towels, kitchen ware, lawn chairs and more. We provide instructional videos and make sure you feel comfortable with everything before you leave. Here at Schmidt RV Rental, we hope to be able to offer lasting memories and the adventure of a lifetime!

Went well. Couple issues. The arm rest on seats metal poking through rips. Taped up. Passenger window closer bracket came off upon opening, put back on best i could. Same with bedroom window on rear side. Fog lights did not work. Outside Water-hose was missing rubber washer so leaked. Otherwise good experience.

We are sorry that you experienced some uncommon issues with our rental. That is an older unit that is showing its wear and tear. We are dedicated to updating our entire fleet next year with brand new units.
