Responsive, accommodating, detailed explanations
Jordan provided quick communication, detailed explanations, and was accommodating with pick-up, drop-off, and reservation adjustments. He sometimes stocked the trailer with complementary items.
Tows easily, handles well
Multiple guests praised its easy towing capabilities, even in challenging conditions. However, the trailer showed wear (peeling cabinets), had critical battery issues impacting the fridge off-grid, and frequently lacked essential kitchen items.

4.0Jordan was responsive, quick and very detailed in his explanation of everything for the trailer which we greatly appreciated. On the way to the campground, We stopped at the grocery store to pick up food to cook for the weekend & discovered after getting up the mountain & set up for the evening, there were no pots or pans to cook our food on. Huge disappointment. The next morning, I pulled out the coffee maker and noticed the huge crack in it. I was gonna try to make something work w/ boiling hot water…, no pans to boil the water & unfortunately there were no coffee cups either. Needless to say, we had to go back down the mountain to purchase some cookware. The best part of the trip, was when we made it back home.

3.0Communication with Jordan was quick. Very accommodating with pick up and drop off. Great trailer if you are planning to connect to hookups. The trailer is more worn than the pictures show, peeling cabinets Which did not affect the use of the trailer. It was nice to have linens supplied. The batteries on the trailer need to be replaced. We did not go to a camping site with hookups. Jordan provides a generator but it needed to constantly run to keep the fridge running. At night the batteries did not keep the fridge running. We woke up after the first night to a warm fridge and defrosting freezer. The constantly running generator detracted from our experience. The trailer was also not stocked with the kitchen items in the photos. Half the items were missing.

5.0Jordan was an awesome host. He took time to explain the features of his trailer. Trailer was great. It had an awesome layout and everything worked well. It towed easily. Was easy to adjust reservation as well. Would definitely consider renting this trailer again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If the time and availability between trips works out, we are more than happy to work with people on pick up and drop off time flexibility. It will be a case by case basis.
