Vj was very communicative and willing to help. Owners were incredibly patient and thorough in explaining details and very helpful with any questions.
Cleanliness
The RV was very clean, which allowed us to feel at home. Renters mentioned it was spotlessly clean, but one was surprised by a lack of cleanliness.

3.0I have to start by saying that this RV was booked last minute (4 days before pick up) as the original RV we scheduled cancelled on us due to mechanical issues. Outdoorsy concierge worked with us late on a Sunday evening to scramble and find another RV for our trip. We appreciate VJ working with outdoorsy to secure this booking on such short notice on a Sunday, 4 days before pick up. And while our trip was excellent and our needs were met, this RV didn’t leave us with a WOW feeling or a desire to rebook. We shared our feedback with one of the business partners and hope the issues we encountered are addressed and the next RV renter doesn’t encounter them. This is our third time we’ve rented an RV from outdoorsy (previous two times we rented a class A) and the lack of luxury, cleanliness and lack of functioning items surprised us.
