Queen size bed, large bathroom, great galley with large fridge, 3 burner stove top, and oven. So much storage! 3 TV's including an outdoor TV and awning to cover you. Death Valley is not allowed from May 1 to Sept 30 due to heat conditions
No travel out of the country
No smoking allowed at all in the RV. If you smoke inside, you will forfeit your deposit.
No towing of other vehicles/watercraft
No climbing on the roof
No off-roading whatsoever
Please keep windows closed in desert/sand area. If there is excess sand/dirt in the RV, a $500 fee will be charged for cleaning.
Propane tanks must be refilled before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
Waste tanks are to be fully emptied before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
Gas tank is to be returned full. If you are unable to do so, we will fill up for you at a rate of $99 plus the cost of fuel
Please return the RV with a clean interior. If extra cleaning is needed, a $150 fee will be charged. If deep cleaning is needed, a fee of $500 will be charged against your deposit
No drugs of any kind are allowed in the RV. Evidence of drugs will mean forfeiture of your deposit
Any damages are your responsibility as the renter and the cost will be deducted from your deposit. This includes damage to any of the included bedding, counters, walls, addons, chairs, pots/pans, etc.
Abandonment of the RV will result in a $3000 charge to your original form of payment plus the cost of any damages found
If keys are lost, a cost of $25 per key will be charged to your deposit
This RV is fitted with a GPS unit for safety and recovery purposes. Disabling the unit will forfeit your deposit.
