Hosts provided very clear instructions, were available for questions, and even helped troubleshoot; however, one renter lacked hot water heater instructions.

One renter reported being fraudulently charged for pre-existing damage, and experiencing an owner's absence at drop-off, and an unsafe ride back with an intoxicated driver.

1.0The host fraudulently charged my security deposit for a piece of the shower that detaches from the wall. It was like this when we rented it, but he is showing a photo of it detached, which is how we got it (it was simply attached). Overall a very poor experience at this point. The host was not there at drop off (return of the rv) to go through it with us, or maybe we would have seen this together. The host did not demonstrate the hot water heater to us and we spent 2 days trying to figure it out while we took cold showers. The host offered us a ride back to Chicago from “a trusted friend” who ended up being his wife’s cousin in a beat up car who drove like a crazy person and almost killed us multiple times by merging across traffic multiple lanes at the last moment, and she smelled like alcohol.

5.0Our hosts were incredible! I’m new to RV experience, so they spent over an hour with me reviewing all of the amenities. They also were available for any questions that I had throughout trip and helped me trouble shoot campsite hookup. I would recommend these hosts to anyone interested in renting!
