4.0Overall the experience was great. Ryan was great to communicate with and genuinely wanted us to have a good time while on our trip. The unit was well equipped and towed beautifully. The unit was clean on the inside, but definitely showed it is a well traveled trailer on the exterior. The cabinets showed extreme use with the hardware loose and doors not closing properly. Some basic maintenance will fix this though. I would rent this unit again.
