The Cozy Love Shack is perfect whether you’re a single person, a couple or a small family wanting to travel the world, this Pod is a must have addition to any vehicle!!2017 Riverside RV Retro 509 Jr. is a little over 1000 pounds and can be towed by any vehicle with a hitch! It has roof top air conditioning and heat, an outdoor rear kitchen with a sink (cold water only) and a stove, toaster and microwave. The interior features a queen size bed, blue tooth radio and plenty of cabinet space.Optional privacy tent with portable bathroom, outdoor shower, and 6+ person camping tent with air mattresses available.Optional 4 Foot table, outdoor grill with propane tank, outdoor mat, camping chairsOptional 10 x 10 screened canopyThis rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. Leave all your extras as home! Sheets, towels, hot cocoa, tea, coffee, etc are all available for you!What IS Provided IN Every Rental:
Keurig, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning products, optional outdoor table and grill with propane tanks, optional outdoor canopy and mat with lights around tent, etc.*Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit.*Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee

Hi, I’m Kimberly Witten, proud wife to an amazing husband and mom to four adventurous kids, ages 17, 7, 5, and 2! Our family has always shared a love for camping, exploring the great outdoors, and creating memories around the campfire. In 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, we turned that passion into Kim’s Cozy Campers. What started as a single camper to help families like ours escape the stress of daily life has grown into a fleet of 26 RVs and campers.
