Electric and gas heat pump. Propane with quick connect for outside cooking. Outside shower. Deck with pull down screen so bugs can't get in. Lightweight for the size. Bring your toys or use it to move. Perfect with three king size beds. Stereo for inside and out. Easy to clean. Almost cant mess up it so nice and tough. Can take toys in also cause its a toy hauler. Fits my motorcycle and jetski at same time. Has tall ceilings and fold up couches. The owner is a noce guy. I follow outdorsey s allowed
