Camper must be returned with grey and black tank emptied, cleaned on the inside free of any damage of course. If you do not wish to clean the inside you will have a $75 cleaning fee.

1.) The renter must participate in a walkthrough.
2.) when dropping off please notify me so we can do a final walk around of the camper.
3.) Only put 1 ply toilet paper down the toilet.
4.) The awning must be monitored at all times during use. HIGH WINDS WILL DISTROY IT
5.) Propane tank must be refilled
6.) The RV should not be driven over 60 MPH. Driving the RV at unsafe speeds can result in damage.
7.) Tolls must be paid by the renter in full
8.) Any Items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%.
9.) The camper has a tracker system on it. Disconnecting this system will result in loss of deposit.
