5.0We recently completed a 6-week trip across the U.S. in this RV and had a very positive experience. The vehicle is well-equipped—the diesel engine and air ride suspension made for a comfortable drive. Our family really enjoyed the trip and we were able to travel across 6 states. Jonathan was a good host to deal with. When we ran into an issue with the water pump, his associate ensured it was handled quickly so we could get back to our trip. At the end of the rental, we communicated some minor issues that had come up, and he was very responsive. We were able to reach a mutual agreement easily, and his fairness throughout the process was much appreciated. It’s a high-quality RV backed by a professional host.
