Our 2022 Jayco 184BS is prepped to sleep up to 6 people. This beauty has everything needed to go on a close weekend retreat and enough storage if you want to head across country! Brand new Queen size gel memory foam mattress. with a convenient pull curtain for privacy, Two twin bunks rated for 300lbs each so perfect for anyone big or small! Dinette easily turns into a bed giving you plenty of sleeping room! Having a slide out in this camper gives you a ton more living space for cooking and meals!
This trailer comes stocked with the following but not limited to;
Mattress protectors on all actual mattresses: 1 Queen and 2 Twins
(2) Blankets
(3) Pillows with pillow protectors
(8) Plates
(8) Bowls
(8) Cups
(2) Coffee mugs
(8) Sets of metal silverware (including 2 kitchen knives)
Entire set of ceramic non-stick pots and pans.

With inside/outside sound system, & power/lighted awning; this unit is an entertainer’s dream & is perfect for camping, tail gating, & concerts.
Please note, that the trailer weighs 3,800 pounds dry and up to 4,500 pounds with your items & full tank of water. A full size truck and/or large SUV with a towing capacity of greater than 4,500 pounds, a 7pin harness, & trailer brake controller will be required. For added convenience & safety, a weight distributing hitch & sway control system will be provided for use, at no additional charge, during the rental period. Owner assumes no liability for damage to Renter’s tow vehicle as a result of misuse.You will have to sign our own SRA form as well. It needs to be signed before we hand over keys. Our family of 3 loves an adventure especially in the great outdoors. We previously camped in a tent often and upgraded to our gorgeous trailer 4 years and haven't looked back. We are very excited to be able to give another family the opportunity to adventure outdoors comfortably. We always say, Life is a journey not a Destination. By embracing the journey and being fully present with our family is the most magnificent gift we could possibly give ourselves. We genuinely want to share our enthusiasm and love for life with each and every one of our renters.
