What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We're available most days and times to accommodate pick up or drop off.

Do I need to dump the grey and black tanks before returning the trailer?
A.
We understand it's gross, so if you don't want to dump the tanks or just don't have the time, just let us know when you drop off the trailer and we'll dump it for you for an additional charge. Or just select the "Holding Tank Service Fee" Add-On.

Do you provide an anti-sway hitch?

An anti-sway hitch is not available.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
If you don't have a vehicle to tow the trailer, we're happy to deliver the trailer to your campground for an additional fee and up to 100 miles from Ogden, Utah. Or you can tow the trailer with a 3/4 ton truck or 3/4 ton SUV (series 2500 or higher). Check the towing capacity of your vehicle to ensure it can tow a minimum of 8500 lbs AND has a 7-pin brake controller connector. The receiver for this trailer requires a hitch with a 2-5/16 ball that we can provide at no charge.
