Has 3 queen size fold down beds and a table that folds down into a full size bed. Is only 20 feet from hitch to back of the camper so very compact for travel. Once open is very spacious with plenty of storage space above and below beds. Has propane heat and hot water, electric AC, the refrigerator can run from propane or electricity.. Has 3 fans/lights that run of the batteries and heated mattresses with electricity. Has a shower, toilet and sink in small closed off bathroom. Easy to tow and maneuver in smaller campsites. Electric powered awning with a new cover. Fold out beds are silicone sealed from moisture. Any other questions feel free to contact

Overall a good experience. Felt it was a bit pricey. Certain fees I felt not reasonable. As for host they stayed in contact. Said enough gas for the week to run generator, however we ran out of gas mid-week . Had to go into town put $15 to refill to keep running . Not sure we would do again due to price.

Experience was great! Delmar was very responsive to all emails and questions. He delivered the camper on time and it was clean and prepared. It functioned really well, even through some massive storms. He returned for pick-up on time. It was a no-stress, seamless rental and we'll be back again!
