Kitchen provides a table and 4 chairs, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and a lot of cupboard space. Air conditioner and heater work perfectly and controlled with a remote. It includes dinnerware, silverware and cookware. Outside is equipped with a large 24' awning for shade or rain cover. • Cooking grille may be used under awning, but as far from unit as possible.
