Responsive but inconsistent service
The host responded quickly and was friendly, but a representative dropped the trailer at the wrong site without a walkthrough. Communication was poor regarding a post-return flat tire charge and disputed bed bug claims.
Numerous critical defects and bed bugs
The trailer had a severe bed bug infestation on the mattress. Additionally, the slide-out, heater, propane tank seal, range fan/light, toilet flusher, and cabinet rails were broken. It was dirty and photos were misleading.

1.0There were just too many problems with this travel trailer. First, the extended slide out. This did not work properly. I needed help (other campers) to pull out and push in manually. The slide out did not go all the way. Second, the heater. This to me was one of the biggest issue since I was camping in Utah. It got very cold at night and the heater just blew cold air and did not heat. I tried to trouble shoot with their employer, but did not work. Third, the right propane tank seal (looking at front of the trailer) was leaking gas. We initially turn on the right tank once we got to camp but immediately smelled propane gas which was not good. We closed up the valve and turn the left tank on instead and luckily did not leak. Forth, the inside range fan and range light inside the trailer did not work. Fifth, the toilet peddle flusher broke off and flapper does not go up after a few uses. Six, many of the cabinets rails were broken so we did not use the cabinets much. Lastly, I had bed bug bites all over me. The mattress that was in the trailer had bed bugs. I showed the employee bites on my arms and legs. I just looked at the past review and it seems this trailer has a history of bed bugs. I am very surprised that the company did not take care of this problem. I would not be renting out this trailer like this. Not a good experience at all.

2.0***BED BUGS*** That is probably all I need to say about this trailer: I highly recommend finding something else to rent. Two weeks after our trip, we are covered in bites and dealing with the NIGHTMARE of sanitizing our house. Here's what you should know before renting: 1. Larry is quick to respond and very friendly, but when it was time to meet him for our first day/drop-off, someone else brought the trailer. The guy dropped it off AT THE WRONG CAMPSITE and then LEFT before we even arrived. There was no walkthrough. When I called to tell him he put it in the wrong spot, at first he said, "No, I didn't." Then said, "Well, can't you just leave it in that spot?" No...that isn't how state campgrounds work. 2. Upon our first entrance into the trailer, we were surprised at the reality of the interior vs. the pictures that they have on Outdoorsy. This trailer is not new and looks nothing like the pictures. 3. The trailer was DIRTY. After a few minutes of walking around in bare feet, our feet had turned black. There was trash and rotting food in the trash can under the sink. I took pictures and sent them to Larry immediately; he responded that he was sorry and unaware because they have a cleaning crew. 4. Several lights did not work, including the one in the bathroom, which is pretty essential when it's nighttime. 5. When our trip was over, I was not going to leave a bad review because, in the end, we had fun and could overlook the small stuff. But around ten days after our trip, I woke up covered head to toe in bites. A picture to my doctor confirmed: BEDBUGS. They take up to two weeks to show bites, and if you didn't know you had them, you could easily bring them home in your luggage, sheets, pillows, and anything else that touched the bed. Everyone who slept in the rear bunks was OK - it was only the main/master bedroom. My husband had bites on him, and my daughter ended up getting bites after taking a nap on that bed. I reached out to Larry, and he apologized but also told me that they didn't see any bugs. I do not want anyone else to go through this. He can say there are no bed bugs on his rig, but this was the only other place/bed we have slept in months, and the timeline of the bites appearing is perfectly aligned with our rental. There is no disputing: We got these bites from this trailer.

4.0Despite some relevant needed repairs to the trailer the overall experience was satisfactory. The owner was quick to respond to any of my questions and/or concerns and is very easy to work with. However, the Outdoorsy images of the trailer needs to be updated to replace the stock images of the inside of the trailer.
