Equipped for easier maneuvering

Although a larger RV, an added after-market backup camera greatly assists with maneuvering. It also features a powerful generator, effective AC, excellent electric space heater, and USB ports for comfort.

Trip - FL to Coastal VA and back over Thanksgiving week, staying in campsites with partial or full hookups Host - very good pre-trip briefing on features and specifics of the RV. Helpful hints on saving propane, shower and dump info, DC vs AC ops, and a couple of suggested stops along our route. Turn-in process painless, and we discussed info that will help our next rental. RV- somewhat older, but well set up. Host added USB ports where able. Small electric space heater was excellent when outside temp went into the 40's, kept up pretty well the night in the 30's, and overall negated the need to run the propane heater. After-market backup camera very helpful for maneuvering. Note that this is a larger RV than the two of us needed (low avail on a holiday week) and we knew that going in. Still, we appreciated the extra space. For families, it could comfortably transport and sleep a few more without feeling overcrowded

Landon was responsive and very accommodating. He explained everything well as we have never rented a motorhome before. It is the perfect first time rental experience. We have 4 kids and were worried they would destroy the inside. The generator was huge when we didn't have power, AC rocked! It is located in a nice location easy accessible. We loved the experience! We recommend Wilderness Shores if you are looking for a place to camp. The host helped us hook up and gave us a prime spot. Our kids got to pet cows, goats, a miniature donkey and cow. If you have kids this is the place, priced very well also.

Landon added extra touches, such as s’mores and plastic forks and spoons:). He was responsive and apologetic when we ran into an issue. I recommend renting from him

We’ve poured a lot of love into this RV — from the full remodel to the fresh engine rebuild — so we just ask that you treat it with the same care and respect we do. 1. No Smoking or Vaping Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Evidence of either will result in a cleaning fee. 2. No Pets We keep the RV allergen-free for all guests — please, no pets of any kind. 3. Drive Gently She’s got a new heart (engine rebuild!) but she’s still a home on wheels. Take your time on turns and bumps — safety and comfort first. 4. Keep It Clean We’ll deliver it spotless and ready for your trip. Please return it tidy — dishes rinsed, trash out, and floors swept. 5. No Roof Access Please don’t climb or store anything on the roof — it’s not built for that kind of weight. 6. No Off-Roading Stick to paved or well-maintained roads only. No dirt trails, beaches, or off-road areas. 7. Fuel & Propane Return with the same amount of fuel and propane as when you received it. 8. Dump Tanks Before Return Please empty black and gray tanks before returning. If you prefer, we can take care of it for a small fee. 9. No Festivals or Tailgates Without Approval We love a good time, but please check with us before booking for festivals or large events. 10. Enjoy the Ride Most importantly — enjoy it! This RV was built for adventure and relaxation. Treat it kindly, and it’ll take great care of you.
