No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the van (including cannabis). It’s a tough smell to fully clear and we want every guest to start with a fresh cabin. No pets — we know, we’re sorry! OSO just isn’t set up for furry travel companions right now. Gear happens — just give it a quick reset before it comes back inside. Muddy bikes, dirty trail shoes, and sweaty packs are part of the deal with this van, and we love that. Just hose off or wipe down muddy gear before loading it back in, and toss sweaty or wet gear in a bag rather than packing it loose. It keeps the cabin fresh for you on day two and for the next renter after you. We also ask that you stick to gravel, dirt, and mountain roads for the 4x4. OSO is capable, but it’s not a rock crawler, so please skip technical trails or anything that could put it somewhere it shouldn’t be. Treat OSO well and we’ll keep making sure it’s ready for your next trip too.
