Communicative, helpful, and flexible team
Nathan, Ian, and their team provided excellent communication, were organized and helpful, and offered flexible, personal service for bookings.
Easy driving with comfort
Driving was reported as easy and sleeping aspects comfortable. AC/heater worked well. However, guests reported strong drain odors from the kitchen/bathroom when used.

3.0Picking up the RV was very easy and driving and sleeping aspects were perfect. However, something must have been wrong with the drains in both the bathroom and kitchen because every time we even barely used either, there was a terrible smell emitted throughout the entire RV (this happened the first hour we were on it through the last hour). We ended up covering the sinks and then smell went away, but we couldn’t use them (or the shower) without the smell infiltrating the entire RV.

5.0It was great to rent an RV from Mountain West. We had previously rented from a national RV company, and found the experience with Nate at Mountain West, much more personal and the quality of the vehicle significantly higher. All in all a great experience and a company I would happily recommend.
