From the outdoor kitchen to the large indoor kitchen with an island, this beautiful RV is perfect for large families or comfortable intimate Getaways. Glamping at its best!Main bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress. The bunkhouse features a jack knife couch and 3 bunks...enough room for all your little ones. The leather couch in the living room as well as the dinette can also be converted for sleeping.The spacious kitchen comes equipped with utensils, pots and pans and alot of the basics that you will need to cook an awesome meal. The outdoor kitchen has a sink and a mini fridge. You will also find a small gas grill that swings out for you to grill up some burgers or hotdogs.Personally used by us less than 10 times so this RV is in impeccable condition! Let us help you get away and make some memories that will last a lifetime!Cosa è inclusoMain bedroom linens and pillows will be provided.
Plenty of blankets will be provided for the other beds, but you will have to bring extra pillows.
Camping chairs will be stored under the RV for you to use outside as well as an outdoor rug to help keep dirt outside.

Kitchen utensils and cookware will be provided, however I do recommend that you bring disposable plates and cups to cut down on dishes.
Dish soap for washing dishes will be provided.
RV safe toilet paper will be provided as well as a roll of paper towels for your use.

NO SMOKING (including vapes) If we find that you have smoked in the RV you will be charged a fee of $300 for additional cleaning.
EMPTY TANKS If you bring the RV back and the tanks have not been emptied you will be charged a fee of $150 for dumping.
DISHES AND TRASH If you bring the RV back and there are dirty dishes or you haven't taken out the trash you will be charged a fee of $100 for cleaning and disposal.
PETS We love animals and they are more than welcome in our RV. However, if the RV is returned and there is excessive pet hair or muddy floors you will be charged a fee of $100 for additional cleaning.
TOILET PAPER If we find that you used any toilet paper other than the RV safe toilet paper that we provide you will be charged a fee of $100 for tank cleaning.
All we ask is that you enjoy your time away and respect our home away from home as you do your own.
We don't expect perfection upon return but we do expect it to be taken care of.

We have always loved camping and just getting out in nature and making new memories. I would have to say our most favorite trip was camping in Gatlinburg, TN. We got married there!!
