Taylor and Franek are consistently responsive, providing detailed walkthroughs, delivery/setup, and support. They pre-cool appliances and offer pet amenities. One host cancellation occurred 6 days prior.
Comfortable, well-appointed, and clean trailer
The trailer is clean, smells new, and offers a comfortable, spacious layout perfect for couples. Features include a thick mattress, outdoor griddle, electric fireplace, huge fridge, and a good-sized bathroom. The bed is tall, which some found challenging.

5.0Taylor and Franek took the time at pickup to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know about the camper. Everything was as described. The layout of the camper was perfect for us and it was stocked with everything we needed. We loved that they had already cooled down the fridge and freezer before our arrival so that we could put our food right in instead of packing an extra food cooler while we waited for it.

5.0Taylor and her husband were great to work with. They were both responsive via outdoorsy and text, and since we don't have a tow vehicle they delivered and set up the trailer for us. They took the time to run through all the features of the unit and were available via text all weekend if we had questions. The trailer was very clean and was the perfect size for my wife and I. We loved the outdoor griddle, and the electric fireplace was awesome once it cooled off in the evening. I'd definitely recommend renting with Taylor!
