Happy trails in this happy trailer. Camp in comfort and style with all the conveniences of home! Sleeps 3 with a dinette/double bed, and modified bunk area (top bunk partially removed for more head room and storage space) Features include: air conditioner, hot water heater, microwave, fridge, two burner stove, furnace, kitchen sink, toilet, shower, 10’ power awning and audio system with indoor/outdoor speakers.
The trailer has a weight distribution and sway control system installed on the hitch providing your tow vehicle with increased control. Dry weight is 2555 lbs and Gvwr of trailer (max loaded weight) is 3200 lbs. The trailer with hitch is about 18’ long, 7’ wide and 9.5’ high. Your vehicle will need to be able to tow a minimum of 3500lbs, have a 2” receiver mount, electric trailer brake controller and a 7-pin wiring harness.
If you would like to use the air conditioner, you will need to book a 30amp site, otherwise 15amp electrical will be fine.
Fresh and waste water tanks have limited capacity which generally allow for sink/toilet/shower usage for a couple of days depending on the number of campers. For longer stays ensure you have a campsite with full (sewer) hookups available, or plan to use the facilities provided by the campground. Time of pick up and return will be arranged with the owner at booking. Returns are due from 8am until 5pm, after 5pm you may incur a late fee. Pick up is before 7pm. Late fees may be charged outside of these times.
Delivery is from noon until 3pm but may vary based on campground rules. Requested delivery after 6pm may incur a fee. The renter must be present at time of delivery and confirmation email for the reservation must be forwarded to the owner at least two days before delivery is due.
No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle; your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
If there is a problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
If there is an equipment failure inside the trailer on with provided items, please let the owner know immediately.
Basic cleaning supplies are provided with the trailer, renters are expected to return the trailer and supplied items to the owner in the same clean, well-cared for state they were presented at pick up. A fee will be taken from your security deposit for Items that are missing, damaged or used and not cleaned.
