- Excessive Mess Inside or Out
- Foul Oder
- Failure to empty toilet and/or gray water tankDEEP CLEANING FEE $250
REFUELING FEE $40 per quarter tank (if refueling option was not added on and Van is not returned fully fueled up).
LATE FEE-If you return the van after the agreed upon drop off time, plus a hour of grace period, you will be charged a late fee for the reservation. $50 per hour late , Van returned FOUR hours or more late will be charged for an additional night at $220 per day.
PET FEE- If you didn't add a pet onto your stay and the Van is returned with evidence indicating a pet was in the van you will be charged $250 plus the deep cleaning fee.
ABANDONING FEE-If van is not returned to 5830 Lake Emma Ct Groveland, FL or another agreed upon location, an abandoned fee of $1000 PLUS any and all transportation costs to retrieve will be added.
