Enjoy your stay in this very clean and basically new camper on your next camping adventure! It is pet friendly and fully stocked with all your needs such as, an 11' awning, linens, cookware, 2 lawn chairs, utensils, and extra fun cookware around the campfire. It also comes with a 20lb propane tank, no need to worry about filling it back up after using it.It does have a rooftop AC unit that will need to be plugged into an electrical box for the hot days in the summer. **When using it at a house setting, the outlet that it gets plugged into will need to be able to handle at least 110 voltages or it’ll trip the breaker in the camper and the house. **For the cooler days or nights, it also has heated mattresses. There's a queen bed on one side and a double on the other pull out. The table also folds down into a nice size bed. It can sleep 4-6 people depending on adults vs kids ratio.Pick up and drop off times are flexible. For an extra fee, we can come set it up and take it down.We can provide you with a hitch, 2" ball, and the pin that's needed to pull the camper. It is very light weight and easy to pull. This camper is not allowed on any Ford Festival grounds.
