Full bathroom with 6 gal water heater for quick showers. Flat screen tv with hdmi ports for a Firestick or Roku on rainy nights. Stereo with bluetooth and speakers inside and out. Power slideout, awning, jackstand, and stabilizers. Outdoor LED lightstrip under awning. Plenty of storage throughout. Large hidden pantry behind tv and electric fireplace. Water hose, 30ft of sewer pipe, 90 degree sewer elbow, leveling pads. And plenty of wood blocks. Stainless microwave, fridge/freezer, and 3 burner cook top with oven. Outdoor kitchen has small fridge and additional 2 cook top gas grill. Outdoor shower to rinse feet or wash off gear. I will deliver and set up within 30 miles of Greene NY, IF, your schedule coincides with my work/family schedule. The rates are fixed and on the listing, please dont ask to change them.
