Heartland brand travel trailer. Feels very spacious inside due to the open floor plan and rear bath. Can be completely self-contained for dry camping or utilize hook ups. Queen size bed in the front, 2 queen bunk beds in the back and a table that converts into another bed. Perfect for a family, couple or a group of friends looking to get away. Power awning with LED lights, outdoor speakers and outdoor shower. LCD TV in the main area that rotates to view in the master bedroom. Full service outdoor kitchen with two burner gas cook-top, sink, fridge. 2" laminated walls make it great for late season camping. This trailer is fully stocked with linens, towels, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, toilet paper and paper towels. Dry Weight: 5470lbs Gross Vehicle Weight: 6900lbs.3 night minimum with delivery/pickup or 2 night minimum if you can tow yourself. Reduced rates for extended rentals.We will do delivery, set up and take down for you (within a 100 mile radius of Spokane, WA). All you need to do is show up and have fun. Our rate is .60 cents per mile, plus a $250 delivery & set up fee.Electric Tongue Jack and Stabilizers - NO Cranking NeededBoth gray and black water tanks must be emptied, or $100 fee will apply. We are so excited to share our RV so families can make sweet memories like we have been able to make with our family. Getting out and camping is such a highlight for our Spring and Summer. Our favorite spot is Fort Stevens on the Oregon Coast and Lake Wallowa in Eastern Oregon.
